    A technician visits your space, photographs key areas, measures doorways and corridors, and confirms WiFi/4G coverage. You get a written go/no-go within a day.

    Space mapping

    We drive the robot around once to build a SLAM map. Tables, rooms, charging station, and service corridors get tagged as Points of Interest (POIs).

    POI setup

    30 min

    Your manager names each destination — "Table 12", "Room 204", "Pharmacy". These become tap-to-deliver targets on the staff app.

    Staff app training

    15 min

    The staff app has two screens: load a tray, assign a destination. We train one manager; they train everyone else.

    Go live

    Same day

    Robot starts delivering on day one. We stay on-site for the first service to troubleshoot. Any adjustments happen over-the-air, no disruption.
