- What happens if the robot gets stuck?
- Onboard sensors detect obstacles and the robot re-plans or waits. If it's genuinely stuck, staff tap "Resume" on the app, or our remote team takes over. Zero training needed.
- Do I need WiFi? What about 4G?
- Either works. The robot runs primary navigation fully on-device, so WiFi/4G is only for fleet monitoring and WhatsApp notifications. We bring a 4G hotspot if your venue has patchy coverage.
- Can it use elevators (lifts)?
- Yes — IQ Host and IQ Care integrate with most common elevator controllers. If yours is unusual, we do the integration as part of onboarding (no extra cost).
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. You pay monthly and can cancel with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
- Do you provide GST invoice?
- Yes. RobotIQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fully Indian entity registered in Karnataka. You claim input tax credit the same as any other SaaS subscription.
- What if the robot breaks?
- We swap it within 24 hours in Bengaluru, 48 hours in other cities. You're never without a working robot — that's part of the monthly fee.
